About the Conference
Welcome to PBCM 2024! We are delighted to invite you to participate in 2024 International Conference on Power System, Big Data and Computer Modelling (PBCM 2024) on March 9-10, 2024 in Haikou, China. The objective of PBCM 2024 is to provide a forum
for researchers, educators, engineers and scientists involved in academia and
industry to address profound issues including technical challenges and safety
issues, and to present and discuss their ideas, results, work in progress and
experience on all aspects of power system, big data and computer modelling.
All accepted papers from PBCM 2024 will be published by IEEE CS (Computer Society) CPS and submitted to EI Compendex, Scopus and Inspec database for indexing, and other indexing services. IEEE is the world's largest professional association dedicated to advancing technological innovation and excellence for the benefit of humanity. IEEE and its members inspire a global community through IEEE's highly cited publications, conferences, technology standards, and professional and educational activities.

Keynote Speakers
The PBCM 2024 program will include a number of keynote plenary lectures by distinguished scientists in the different areas covered by the main theme of the conference, to provide thematic presentations of their most recent findings.
